Traditional flavor, modern values.
Toasted Climent peanuts — their aroma and flavor bring back memories of what our grandparents used to grow, now enriched with the values of a new generation.
We save endangered crops and create new opportunities for the seeds of the past.
Resilience
What makes your company unique?
We are the only peanut growers and roasters in Spain.
The most beautiful part? Meeting a couple of 80-year-old peanut-loving farmers in l’Horta Nord, exchanging handwritten postcards until we finally met in person — and learning so much from them. We’re still in touch to this day.
Since it’s a legume, there’s still a long way to go… but some restaurants are already exploring its use in stews (just like chickpeas or lentils).
For a simple recipe: peel the peanuts and blend them until you get the texture of the famous peanut butter — nothing added, just roasted peanuts.

Artisanal, quality, exclusive
Gin made with distinctive botanicals from the Valencian region, giving it a unique character. It has been awarded at the most prestigious international competitions.
Crafting high-quality, artisanal spirits that are unique and exclusive – celebrating genuine products from Valencia.
Authenticity
What makes your
company unique?
Transparency – we offer visits to our distillery so you can see firsthand that we truly do what we say we do.
When we began the process of setting up the company, we received our first visit from customs inspectors. Upon hearing the name of the business, they couldn’t help but ask why we chose “La Clandestilería.” The answer was as authentic as the brand itself: “Well, we started distilling in a garage—pretty much homemade.”
To everyone’s surprise, the inspectors took the story with good humor.
Beyond the formalities, that day was a reminder of what makes the brand so special. It’s not just a name; it’s the reflection of a mindset—daring to think differently and build something unique from scratch, even in the most unexpected places.
We created a special version of our Roders gin by aging it with a twist: instead of putting the gin into a barrel, we put the barrel into the gin. This way, it matures right in the bottle, making each one a unique bottle – a singular experience for every customer.

Oranges — because I’m the fifth generation in my family to grow them.
Bringing back and delivering the lifelong, local products of our land to every home.
We work with a zero-kilometer philosophy, which means we keep our water and carbon footprint to a minimum, support local trade and small producers, strengthen the business fabric of our region, and collaborate with various tourism departments to help ensure that the inland areas of our province are not forgotten… We do a lot, and we do it with purpose.
What makes your company unique?
Offering lifelong, traditional products at fair market prices.
Traveling to fairs all over the region has brought us a thousand stories — like that one time (you’ll find it on our socials) when our van almost fell into an irrigation ditch!
We love grilling ribs seasoned with our rosemary honey. You’ll find the recipe on our website!

Craft beer, close to the people who drink it.

Location
Valencia
Specialty
Craft beer: a Golden Ale (Tira-li), a Märzen (Matinera) and a Brown Ale (La Canya).
Philosophy
To brew craft beer and make a product that stays close to the people who drink it. Emi is a project of four friends who like to show how beer is made.
Our Values
Offering the best quality we can, at a fair price for everyone. The spent grain from every brew goes to local farmers as animal feed.
What makes your company unique?
A very small company — one of the smallest craft breweries in Valencia. We are nomad brewers: every recipe started in a home kitchen and is brewed in small craft breweries that take care of every step.
Anecdotal…
Our favourite part is the village fairs — that is where the beer gets close to people and we get to enjoy it with them.
Recipe or recommendation
Keep the bottles cold and upright, and drink them chilled. The darker beers should not be ice-cold, so the malt comes through. Try La Canya, our Brown Ale: the first recipe we ever made. It looks dark and scares people a little — then they love it.
