How do I order?
Add products to your cart, go to checkout, enter your address, pay. That’s it. Need more than 10 of something? Message us first and we’ll put it together for you.
How can I pay?
By card or with PayPal.
When will my parcel arrive?
Order by Tuesday 12:00, it ships Wednesday and takes 2–3 days. All details on the shipping page.
When is shipping free?
From 50 € within Spain and Germany, and from 100 € to Portugal, France, Austria and Benelux.
Can I send Tiberi as a gift?
Of course. Ship it to another address and write your message in the order notes. The invoice goes in the box without prices.
Do you take business orders?
Yes. We issue invoices with VAT number and put together Christmas baskets for clients or your team. Tell us what you have in mind.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free in Valencia and El Puig de Santa Maria, by pre-order.
What if something arrives broken?
Send us a photo of the box and the product within 48 hours and we’ll refund you.
Where can I find ingredients and allergens?
On each product page. Any questions, just write to us.
Are you on Too Good To Go?
Yes, in Valencia and in Germany.
